Home appraisal
A fair price for your home
Ensure a fair sales price by having your property appraised through Woonplus Real Estate Agents. We collaborate with experienced appraisers with over 10 years of experience in various valuations, including residential property appraisals, WOZ appraisals, business appraisals, and reconstruction value appraisals. Our appraisers meet all the requirements of lenders and validated institutions and are members of the Dutch Real Estate Association (Vastgoed Nederland) and the NRVT, the register for appraisers and real estate agents.

This is how we work!
Valuation request and inspection
After receiving a valuation request, the client or applicant is immediately contacted. During this meeting, the specific objective of the valuation is discussed in more detail and practical arrangements are made regarding the further procedure. Before definitively accepting the assignment, the appraiser carefully checks for any potential conflicts of interest or previous involvement with the property in question. If no objections are found, a detailed order confirmation, including the agreed price and information about the working method used, is prepared and provided to the client.
Preliminary investigation
Following the initial assessment, a thorough preliminary investigation follows. This involves gathering and analyzing relevant documentation, including cadastral data, the applicable zoning plan, and available soil information. Parallel to this, a market analysis is conducted to map the potential value and the project's position within current market conditions. This research phase forms the basis for well-considered decision-making in the subsequent process.
Check home condition
After the valuation has been commissioned, a thorough survey and inspection of the property follows. During this inspection, the appraiser assesses the structural condition, sustainability features, level of finish, existing utilities, and outbuildings. The installations, dimensions of the property, and associated appurtenances are also carefully recorded. In accordance with applicable guidelines, mandatory photographs are also taken, which are later included in the valuation report to support the valuation.
Receive the valuation report
The appraiser prepares the valuation report within 3 to 4 business days. This report is then submitted to the NWWI for validation. After successful validation, the report is made available to the client, after which invoicing is initiated. This procedure guarantees fast delivery and independent verification of the valuation.
