Energy label

A determining factor when purchasing/selling a home

A current energy label is essential in the home sales process. The process for assigning energy labels has changed since January 1, 2021. The Simplified Energy Label (VEL) has been replaced by a more detailed label compliant with the NTA 8800 standard. This means a certified energy advisor inspects the property and bases the label on this inspection. At Woonplus Real Estate Agents, we have our own certified EPA advisor who is happy to assist you in obtaining the correct energy label.

  • A recognized energy label

At Woonplus Makelaars, we work with certified energy consultants. This guarantees that your home is assessed according to the NTA 8800 standard and is given a correct energy label.

  • A higher home value

Owning a home with a favorable energy rating can positively impact its market value. A better energy rating means lower energy costs and higher energy efficiency, factors that potential buyers increasingly value and are willing to pay extra for.
